I just got almost pickpocketted!
Coming out of the subway tonight, I saw a loiterer, inside the entrance, just watching us few people coming home, exit the subway entrance. When I was coming up the stairs onto West 4th Street, I sensed something tugging at my backpack, so I turned around, and saw the same loiterer all up in my space! So I said "Hey, woah". He responded "Sorry, my elbow mustve brushed your bag" To which I said "It was still weird, sir, " (because I knew there was no elbow involved, just an unzipping sound) He threw his hands up in the air as if I had no right to feel weirded out, and I said "Way to be a jerk". He took off down the street, and I turned onto my avenue, whereupon I discovered my backpack was almost completely unzipped! My planner and stuff were all hanging out, and it was just a bunch of papers, nothing this man wouldve really wanted. But I was so upset and annoyed. He'd missed my important pocket with cellphone, wallet, ipod, etc. And there were other people around, so he wouldn't have been able to be too aggressive. But yea. just thought I'd share my almost mugging, since I'm still a little worked up. Glad I yelled at him. That's all.

15 Till Midnight
I'll be playing Sera in "15 Till Midnight"! Got the news last night... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1568798/ Can't wait!
It's an action thriller, where "The morning after his two-year anniversary with the "perfect girl", Lukas Reyes awakes to find that she has completely vanished. Soon it becomes more apparent that there may be more to her disappearance..."

Brandon, the lead role in the film, wrote this on his blog:
"A healthy "viral" buzz has generated about the film... Quiet Earth actually put it in a "most anticipated" list alongside the 300 sequel and other big guns."

I have found a steady design job! lol I think it'll be a good thing to keep me afloat after May, at a small company.
I've also been rehearsing like crazy for my lead role in "Silencing Ning", working on my asian accent.
Did a fun script reading at my friend John Benton's place last night, for his feature film.

The holiday break is almost over, and I'm ready to get productive. I played a small role in the film "January" while I was home in TX, and am going to be acting in the lead role of 'Ning' in the upcoming play, "Silencing Ning". I also might have some last bit of good news soon.. will keep you posted.
I'm working at MTV this semester! Only 4 more months before I graduate... wow.

I'm at the airport hoping to fly to NY soon.. remembering stories my parents were telling me the other day while at home. My favorite times are when I'm told about what I was like when I was a baby. So the memory I'm thinking about right now that made me really happy hearing it, was my dad's elaboration on his statement that I was a "ferocious baby". Apparently I saw a scary looking dog on a hung up calender, and even though I couldn't even speak yet, my dad says I knew this dog was trouble and maybe 'real' lol. So what did I do? I crawled up to the calender and ripped up the page of said dog's face with my little hands..
Oh and I used to crawl backwards because I was faster that way than head first, and was really creative when steering my little body in reverse. Inventive, yes?
